Many people live daily with severe stress, anxiety, panic attacks, scary memories, jumpiness or depression, along with fears of crowds, people, or other uncertain situations. They may have tried to get help from therapists, books, or doctors, but don’t get better. They begin to believe, or may have even been told by professionals, that they have to live this way forever. This is not true.
Symptoms of trauma and other conditions that cause anxiety can , and do, get better … even for those who’ve suffered for years. Trauma heals. Anxiety, stress and loss can be turned into relief, happiness, and peace!
Join Jennie for a fun afternoon of Expressive Healing – a mindfulness, art, and movement program for adults with anxiety, trauma or stress. This workshop will introduce methods to help you find immediate relief; express and release your anxiety, stress, and trauma; and embrace the joy and silliness of life again.
You’ll have the opportunity to practice mindfulness and grounding that will help you calm symptoms. You’ll create art that helps you think in new ways. And you’ll move and even dance to express your true self from your core being. It will be a healing experience you won’t forget.
Even if you’re afraid to try it, take that first healing step and come anyway!
The risk is worth it.
We’ll move so gradually and safely towards freedom that you won’t even notice your fear has left the room!
Join us.
Decide to be free.
COST: $25 for the class
