Adrian will take you through an in-depth look at the unique attributes of each of the seven major chakras and how they contribute to your overall physical and emotional health (so no previous experience working with chakras is required!) She will also show you how to assess the health of your chakra systems — identifying which of your seven major chakras are out of balance and giving you tools you can use on your own to better clear and regulate your chakra system for an overall healthier bio-energetic field.

Adrian is a Certified Usui Reiki Master and & Crystal Healer. She served in the U.S. Coast Guard for 8 years before going on to work in the semiconductor and nuclear power industries, so she’s aware that everyone comes from a different background, with different sets of values and beliefs. Her respect these differences in her own daily life as well as in her work allow her to communicate effectively with a variety of clients.
