Join Misty Pennington and Joellyn Baker for this super-charged informative and healing workshop. First, Joellyn will discuss the science behind healing frequencies (Solfeggio, Rife, and others). Misty will follow with a meditation using crystal healing bowls, voice, and other instruments. The crystal singing bowls create sound waves that synchronize the hemispheres of your brain, quieting your mind, minimizing mental chatter, and helping you achieve deep states of relaxation.
COST: $80 (payable to the presenters)
BONUS: Participants will receive a Reference Packet with information on different frequencies and their use.
NOTE: Bring a yoga mat, pillow, and blanket if you want.
ABOUT JOELLYN BECKER, RMT
After thirteen years as a Speech/Language Pathologist and twenty-two years working in Prevention for the Missouri Department of Mental Health, Joellyn pursued her passion for energy healing and teaching others. In addition to a B.S, Ed in Speech Pathology, she is a Certified Usui Reiki Master Teacher, a Certified Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher, a Certified Chakra Practitioner, a Certified WholeBody Essential Oils Practitioner, a Crystal Practitioner, an Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) and AromaTap Practitioner, and a student of Quantum Touch. Joellyn is a contributing author to Paws, Claws and Hooves: Footprints in Our Lives (2015) and Yarns From Our Storytellers (2018); and recently presented “Alternative Enhancements in Treatment,” at the Missouri Department of Mental Health Spring Training Institute. She is also a recipient of the Linda Lipscomb Memorial Award (2015) for contributions to the deaf and hard-of -hearing community in Missouri.
Joellyn officiates weddings; provides Space Clearings for homes and businesses; offers Reiki sessions enhanced with crystals, French medical grade essential oils, and Solfeggio frequencies; and teaches each level of Usui and Karuna Reiki® on an individual basis in Jefferson City, MO. ABOUT MISTY PENNINGTON
Misty Pennington is an Usui/Holy Fire II Reiki Master and an Ordained Minister who holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources with more than thirty years in the people business. Today Misty applies her experiences and learnings to her work as a Compassion Mentor and Sacred Sound Practitioner. Her company, Garden of Common Ground is a safe, supportive space to help individuals and groups illuminate and transform negative beliefs, behaviors and self-talk through the use of Crystal Tones Alchemy Singing Bowls, voice, and other instruments that create an atmospheres of absolute relaxation. Misty offers meditations, sacred sound healing sessions, and self-compassion-focused workshops, with a commitment to helping participants learn to bloom into their brightest being.
