Reiki 1 will introduce the history of Reiki, basic Chakra information, body scanning, and the hand positions for a full body treatment on themselves and others. In addition, students will receive the first Reiki symbol, the Level 1 attunement, and the Level I certificate. Students will also have the time to practice and will leave class with the basics of Reiki.
Emelie, RM/T, has been practicing and teaching Reiki for over ten years. She received her Reiki I, II, and III training from Patricia Lindgren and Crystal-Lind Wellness Center in Norfolk Virginia. Emelie has completed Rosemary Gladstar’s course, The Science of Art and Herbalism, and is also an Awakening facilitator. Originally from Louisiana, Emelie has lived in Columbia since 2005.
