You are not alone – especially on January 20th. [Insert profanity of choice here.]
So, we’re opening HBS on our day off Monday, January 20th for this special RAGE YOGA CLASS, led by Candace Reed, to help us all identify, feel, and channel the rage our bodies are carrying. Class starts at 6:30. Donations accepted!
Our goal isn’t to shove it down, but to let it out and move through it, learning along the way how to put that energy to use for our individual and collective greater good. Once we’ve released our rage-energy, we will learn some easy ways to once again relax our minds and bodies, so we can use both in more meaningful ways, ending with a short, relaxing meditation.
Whether you are new to yoga or log your own hours, you will leave this class with something new in your toolbox to help carry you through these times.
