Beyond survival, there is thriving – life lived from a place of resilience and strength. When we’re tapped into the sustenance of the life force of our planet, we experience health and well-being.  In an ideal world, we have developed that capacity from an early age. But what if you weren’t raised in an idyllic setting?  How do you self-correct? How do you become a self-sustaining, strong and healthy individual?

Embodiment, LLC is hosting this special 3-day intensive that will focus on Creating a Supportive Web with CONTINUUM Breath and Sound. In this weekend experience, you’ll find a safe and sacred space to explore your own inner capacities, those hidden resources that are rarely called forth. Using the breath, sound, and gentle movement of CONTINUUM, we will consciously nurture these powers of strength and resilience. Claim the abundance in your life and harvest a treasure of benefits to call on at will.

• If you are interested in providing seed money for a Scholarship Fund for those who are interested in taking part in this powerful work, but are unable to pay the full fee, please consider adding $25 to your registration payment

ABOUT PATTY ADAMIK

Patty describes herself as a Maturista: “a woman who has reached maturity and is entering into a period of extraordinary vitality, creativity, and self-expression….” Her love of  dance and movement has turned into an ongoing search for how to live from a place of infinite abundance and joy, experiencing firsthand that when we’re “in the flow” of life, magic happens … and that’s what she wants for others to experience too. Her work focuses on the processes inherent to our biological heritage and how we can gain access to our deep resources for healing body, mind and spirit.

Patty is trained and licensed as an Advanced Zentherapy® Practitioner, a Vodder Method Lymphatic Therapist, a Texas Licensed Massage Therapy Instructor, a Certified Intuitive Artist™, and an Authorized Continuum Movement® Teacher.
